Carey couldn’t be a part of this week’s episode, so Jeff brought in Ben Sir from Worst Days Down and The Buckingham to hang out. Ben talks candidly about Worst Days Down burning out from over-touring their 2017 release Elsewhere and how it’s led him to get back into playing solo. Then Ben drops a bomb about a bar in Edmonton he manages called The Buckingham and some changes that will be going on there soon.
