Cups N Cakes 5 Year Anniversary!

HOLY SHIT!!!

It has been five years since Carey and I decided to start talking into microphones to… well… probably nobody. Truth is, we started this thing for ourselves and not for you. Carey and I have been best friends for a very long time and as many of you might know, it gets harder to stay pals as responsibilities pile up. Careers, family and household needs grow on a year to year basis so we decided to have a reason to hang out every two weeks.

Over the years, I’ve taken Cups N Cakes to different places by adding everything you see today, but one thing has remained… a wonderful friendship. Come help us celebrate this friendship and the many others that have blossomed over the years with the fine folks I’ve been lucky enough to meet through Cups N Cakes.

The entire team at The Cups N Cakes Network (which is growing fast) invites you to come party with us and some of our favourite bands. We are ecstatic to tell you that our 5 Year Anniversary Party will be taking place on April 13th at The Aviary in Edmonton, Alberta.

This all ages event is presented by Cups N Cakes and Sweaty Palms Productions and will feature performances by Feed Dogs, The Allovers and Audio/Rocketry with the beloved DJ Gulzar spinning records between sets. The Cups N Cakes team will be giving away some amazing prizes and partying like it’s 1999.

Tickets available at YEGlive and will go fast as one of Edmonton’s favourite bands, Audio/Rocketry, return to play their first hometown show in well over a year.
