Single Premiere: Mother Sun - Sunny Tuesday

The Cups N Cakes Network is proud to premiere “Sunny Tuesday”, the first single of Mother Sun’s debut LP, Caramel Clouds.

Hailing from Kamloops, Mother Sun create psych-pop jams containing warm guitar tones and mind-expanding melodies. The theme of “Sunny Tuesday” is a surreal exploration of modern life, featuring a vocal performance that sarcastically spells out the everyday problems faced in a consumerist society. The contrast of upbeat, surfy guitars with the narrator’s stinging realizations culminates into a climatic outro jam, leaving the listener pondering the normalities of 21st-Century existence.
