Album Premiere: Like Hell - Still Depths

Cups N Cakes Network is thrilled to premiere Still Depth’s latest album, Like Hell! Still Depths is a Vancouver-based project formed in Calgary in 2019 by Brendan Chiu, Megan Rollinson, and Justin Perdomo. Noisy, raw, lo-fi, and deliberately messy, Still Depth’s collage of sound in Like Hell! leans into its makeshift spontaneity and rough edges to develop this anti-perfectionistic creative explosion.

“We like music that feels like it’s alive. Sometimes we didn’t bother to tune our instruments or properly mic anything up, we just hit record and focused on ignoring fussiness.”

Just as the band winds down from touring with Preoccupation during the recent Canadian dates of Ill at Ease tour, the album is set to release everywhere July 18, 2025. You can get the album via Bandcamp.
