Premiere: Love Language - Design
The Cups N Cakes Network is very excited to introduce you to a new band that we’ll be talking about for years to come. Montreal’s Love Language craft modern indie music that is influenced by country and classic pop and recorded in a jangly, lo-fi manner. Today we not only get to introduce Canada to this new band, but we get to announce their debut EP and premiere its first single.
The song is called “Design” and it’s apparent that the band captured the essence of their quick chemistry. The recording oozes with an excitement… the excitement the band must have been feeling when realizing they clicked. It can be a tough task for a new band to find that “ah-ha” moment , perhaps that is the funnest part of hearing this song. As a listener you can feel that moment, the recording is raw but the song is amazing.
We are hyped on this brand new band and you should be too. Their debut EP, Trying To Reach You, is out on October 8th but we’d recommend you pre-order it today because it is Bandcamp Friday.
